ALL CANCELLATION/REFUND REQUESTS FOLLOWING JUNE 1ST ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW & ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CAMP STAFF AS OUTLINED BELOW
The Ray Reid Soccer School appreciates your understanding of our cancellation/refund policy. We understand that injuries and family emergencies occur and that schedules change, but we have to make significant camp investments well in advance of camp start dates to ensure the best possible camp experience for all attending players.
Due to fixed expenses such as venue rental, dining hall and housing commitments/deposits, staff stipends and travel expenses, we cannot give full refunds for camper cancellations. We will, however, give partial refunds or full camp credits for cancellations made before June 1, 2018.
After June 1, 2018 – and up to seven days before the start of camp -- all submitted cancellation requests must be in writing and are subject to review by camp staff. All written cancellations must be accompanied by a physician's note outlining why the player cannot participate or include appropriate family emergency documentation. Any approved refunds will be granted as a camp credit for use the following year.
Cancellation requests submitted fewer than seven days before the start of camp will not be eligible for a credit unless there are extenuating circumstances, as determined and approved by the Camp Administrator.
Campers who do not attend camp and do not submit a credit request prior to the start of camp will NOT be eligible for any form of camp credit.
If a player attending camp is injured at camp, the Camp Administrator will consider a camp credit, minus the stated administrative fee for each camp as listed below, for the following year. We will pro-rate the time missed due to injury.
If a player is dismissed from camp for disciplinary reasons, he or she is not eligible for any camp refund or credit.
2018 Elite Academy/College ID Camp Cancellation/Refund Policy*: A cash refund - minus a $200.00 administrative fee - will be given for cancellations submitted in writing before June 1, 2018 OR we will issue you a camp credit for all fees paid, valid through 2019.
Cancellations received after June 1st and submitted seven days prior to the start of camp are eligible for a camp credit (if approved) for a 2019 Ray Reid Soccer School Camp session.
2018 Young Stars/Specialty Camps Cancellation/Refund Policy: A cash refund - minus a $50.00 administrative fee - will be given for cancellations submitted in writing before June 1, 2018 OR we will issue you a camp credit for all fees paid, valid through 2019.
Cancellations received after June 1st are eligible for a camp credit (if approved) for a 2019 Ray Reid Soccer School Camp session.
All requests for a refund/credit of any kind must be submitted in writing (Ray Reid Soccer School, c/o: Gold, Orluk & Partners, LLC, PO Box 1177, Avon, CT 06001), email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (ATTN: Ray Reid Soccer School- 860.674.1704) and will not be accepted over the telephone.
*If you or your team qualifies to play in the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championship Series and the dates of the tournament conflict with the Ray Reid Soccer School Camp you are registered for we will provide you with a full refund if you cannot attend camp.
